Edify is building an operating software for the coffee sector. Ed, the founder of Edify, started a chain of coffee shops in London called Over Under Coffee & sold the business to Blank Street Coffee. His biggest pain point in running the business was not serving great coffee or trying to create a great customer experience, but managing the myriad of operational complexities – Edify was born out of these frustrations as a founder and operator. Edify’s mission – to develop critical business software for the coffee sector.
