Growing margins while maintaining quality
For years, CPress faced the same challenges as many businesses in London: rising rents and labour costs. The high cost of living in each of their three locations made for a price-sensitive clientele, so raising their prices wasn’t an option, nor was reducing the quality of their products.. CPress needed a system which could reliably track their fixed costs so they could move their business forward without losing customers or compromising on quality.
Expanding their reach off-premises
When CPress integrated Lightspeed ePOS system with Deliveroo, it soon provided a new revenue stream. “Lightspeed allowed us to seamlessly integrate our delivery service with our brick and mortar operation” says founder, Timothy Stevenson. By supplementing their in-store sales with orders coming in from delivery, they could grow their profit margins and cover their fixed costs without raising their prices. All three of their locations now double up as delivery hubs where they supply London with their signature juices.
The right tools to move forward
CPRESS can now closely monitor their growth, allocate resources more efficiently, maintain the integrity of their products and the strength of their brand. “With a live feed of all transactions from different channels, we can better allocate staff for busy periods and use data to generate reports,” says Tim. Through a winning combination of smart tools and business know-how, CPRESS are ready for anything.
