On Monday 5 February 2024, the coveted Michelin stars were awarded. During the annual ceremony, the French tyre and guide group awards its stars to a select group of top gastronomic addresses in Great Britain and Ireland. These restaurants will officially belong to the prestigious circle of starred spots from then on.
This year, in Great Britain and Ireland, one new three star restaurant was announced, six new two stars, and 18 one stars. These are Great Britain and Ireland’s newest Michelin star restaurants for 2024.
